the room was cold when I arrived (in december!), you hear the neighbors through the walls. as it's called 'citiminis apartments' I thought they'd have a cooking facility or a microwave oven.

The room was very clean, quiet and convenient location. We could feel like staying home.

Clean, comfortable, warm room. Very good location, nice and friendly staff. Good Internet connection.

Price was too high during 3 days of Medica 2010 - but anyway it was lower than in other hotels and apartments for that time :).

the location is very nice, room is clean and warm. i will live here when i visit dusseldorf next time.

These apartments were not what i would have called tradtional appartments but having said that we found them clean, tidy and very well located. We would stay again, The owner was very helpful and went out of his way to find us directions.

We did find the appartment hot at night and had to sleep with the window open, the sounds of the street did keep us awake at night, but i guess that is city living

Great apartments right in the centre of the city, lovely helpful owner and cleaner. All Themed on Thai/Asia - I had No 5 was really nice with Tea and Coffee making facilities, little fridge, huge flat screen TV and a nice little balcony. Would use again without a doubt. Got late check out on request for a reasonable fee. Thank you for everything!

No door on bathroom (studio with a screen) - fine as I was on my own but would be an issue if you were staying with a friend really or even for some couples I imagine! Would be good to know in advance if you are not alone!

Das Hotel liegt nahe am Bahnhof und nicht weit von der Altstadt. Die Lage in einer weniger stark befahrenen Straße ist sehr ruhig. Das Hotel hat keine Rezeption, man muss also vor der Ankunft anrufen. Wir wurden sehr nett empfangen und waren froh, dass wir schon am Morgen einchecken konnten. Besonders lobenswert: Ein Wasserkocher und eine gute Auswahl an Tees und Kaffee gehört mit zur Ausstattung, außerdem 2 Flaschen Mineralwasser im Kühlschrank.

Zentrale Lage, 15 Gehminuten von der Altstadt, 5 Gehminuten vom Hbf, saubere und gemütliche Zimmer. Tiefgarage fürs Auto. Auch das Bad war sauber und hatte moderne Armaturen.

Die Lage direkt in der City und die Freundlichkeit von Eric beim einchecken.

Die Fotos und die Beurteilungen entsprachen nicht ganz der Realität. Staub in verdeckten Ecken und auf Mobilar. Balkon nicht mal Besensauber (Herbstlaub vom Vorjahr Ende Juni!)

Kein Hotelservice, keine Rezeption, keine Bar, keine Frühstücksmöglichkeit

war alles ok flexibel und Preisvleistungsverhältnis in Ordnung.
